Since we started Grants of Australia back in 1984, our mission has been to provide customers with natural oral hygiene products that are effective and great-tasting to boot! After many years of research, formulation testing and taste testing, we’ve developed a range of toothpastes that include only the best ingredients for healthy teeth and gums. Xylitol
Xylitol has powerful anti-bacterial properties to help prevent tooth decay and gum disease, and occurs naturally in many fruits and vegetables such as berries, mushrooms and corn. All of our toothpastes contain Xylitol, and there’s extra in our kids’ varieties to boost their cavity-fighting power!

Calcium Carbonate
Found in nature in the form of limestone, the mild abrasivity of Calcium Carbonate helps neutralise harmful plaque acids. This is the basis of all of our toothpastes.

Aloe Vera
We include organic Aloe Vera in our well-loved Mild Mint flavour, soothing your teeth and gums with its anti-inflammatory and healing properties!

Propolis
Studies have shown that Propolis is antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory AND packed with antioxidants. Bees use Propolis to make and repair their hives, and it may also prevent the formation of calcium phosphate, the main component of dental plaque. You can take advantage of these benefits with our Propolis toothpaste.

Baking Soda
Baking soda is the natural way to whiten your teeth, and a key ingredient of our Whitening with Spearmint and Whitening with Peppermint toothpastes. It’s super absorbent and mildly abrasive, making it perfect for soaking up and scrubbing away stubborn stains without damaging the surface of your teeth.

Potassium Chloride
This compound occurs naturally as the mineral sylvite, and it plays a big role in reducing the effects of dental nerve pain. It can be found in nearly all of our toothpastes!

Neem Oil
Neem Oil's antibacterial and antifungal properties can help prevent gum inflammation, and help reduce the nasty bacteria that cause tooth decay. It comes from the Neem tree, or Indian Lilac, and can be found in our Cinnamon toothpaste.

Tea Tree Oil
Found in our Fresh Mint and Fresh Mint with Fluoride toothpastes, our organic tea tree oil’s anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and deodorising qualities help soothe your mouth and keep it free from decay-causing bacteria.

Natural Herbal Extract
Each of our toothpastes contains a unique blend of natural cleansing herbs like mint oil, eucalyptus oil, cardamom and clary sage, blended together for their oral hygiene properties, to make our toothpaste taste great and to keep your mouth feeling and smelling fresh all day long!
Our toothpastes aren’t just packed with natural goodness - they’re totally free from ingredients like SLS, parabens, triclosan, dyes, artificial flavours and preservatives. Your toothpaste doesn’t need to contain potentially harmful ingredients to work effectively - that’s what Grants is all about!
